Official: Real Madrid signs Costa Rican goalie Keylor Navas

Real Madrid have confirmed an agreement with Levante to sign goalkeeper Keylor Navas on a six-year deal.

Levante president Quico Catalan confirmed last week that his club were in talks with Real over a potential transfer and the European champions have now completed the formalities of the deal. A statement on their official website read:

 "Real Madrid CF and Levante UD have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Keylor Navas, who is linked to the club over the next six seasons. "The player will be presented on Tuesday, August 5, at 13:00CET at the Bernabeu, after undergoing the relevant medical examination."
