Alexis Sanchez Injury Blow For Gunners

          Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that star forward Alexis Sanchez has a slight hamstring problem and is likely to miss out on this weekends clash with Aston Villa on Sunday.

The former Barcelona forward has featured in all but one of Arsenals games this season scoring 18 goals in 32 matches.

The Chilean has been an inspiration for the gunners this season since making move from Barcelona in the summer after the world cup.

Its no doubt that Sanchez attacking qualities will be missed but the manager has a luxury of attacking options to choose from with Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil returning back to the side and the in form Tomas Rosicky and Spanish Maestro Santi Cazorla should ease the pressure off Wenger.

The gunners will also be without Danny Welbeck and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain for the game against villa but Welbeck may be fit for the trip to Spurs next week.

Although in some encouraging news, new gunners signing Gabriel Paulista is available for the match against Aston Villa and could be poised to make his debut for the club and gunner fans will be eager to see what their new signing brings to the table
